OnePlus 7 Pro is come on May 14 and we already know a lot about its specs and features. The phone is rumoured to come with a 6.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1440x3120 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Previously, the renders of both the handsets were leaked which revealed their design.

The device is powered by Octa core (2.84 GHz, Single core, Kryo 485 + 2.42 GHz, Tri core, Kryo 485 + 1.8 GHz, Quad core, Kryo 485) processor paired with 6 GB of RAM. As far as the battery is concerned it has 4000 mAh. As far as the cameras are concerned, the OnePlus 7 Pro is rumoured to pack a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a third 16-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. It is expected to sport a camera on the front for selfies. Well, it’ll pack an OLED panel (hardly a surprise as OnePlus has used this display tech for quite a while) and rumours have pointed to it packing a 90Hz refresh rate.The smartphone runs on OxygenOS which is based on the latest Android 9 Pie. The screen has a refresh rate of 90Hz making it ideal for playing high-end mobile games. It has an all-screen design without the interference of a notch. A higher refresh rate gives a smoother image and can be ideal for gaming.
The phone is also equipped with an optical In-display fingerprint sensor. As previously confirmed, the flagship smartphone packs UFS 3.0 storage and will be available in three storage variants which include 6 GB + 128 GB, 8 GB + 256 GB and 12 GB + 256 GB. Connectivity options on the OnePlus 7 Pro are said to include Wi-Fi, GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India).
OnePlus 7 Pro supports face unlock. Sensors on the phone are rumoured to include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor. The chipset consists of the Adreno 640 GPU and eight CPU cores. Out of the eight cores, one Cortex A76 core is clocked at 2.84 GHz, three Cortex A76 cores are clocked at 2.42 GHz, while the remaining Cortex A55 cores are clocked at 1.8 GHz.

It would make sense for OnePlus to have a separate version of the Pro with the benefits of 5G, as it’s still very much in its infancy. 5G phones require an extra dedicated modem (adding thickness) and the effect on battery is unknown.
